The Genius Future Summit 2025 lit up the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre on September 16th, and AllSet Event Hire was right at the forefront with a fresh showcase.

For the first time, we unveiled our newest standout piece: the Bamboo Arch.

Built with the thickest bamboo for extra strength while preserving its natural beauty, it framed the entrance to the Genius Zone, a welcoming booth designed for guests to pause, unwind, and connect before and after each session.

A warm blend of innovation and effortless style, the space offered a soft landing for bright minds to mingle and spark ideas that carried throughout the summit.

The Bamboo Arch is just one example of how we blend style with purpose. As we continue to grow, AllSet Event Hire remains dedicated to thoughtful craftsmanship, guest safety, and environmentally conscious choices that elevate every event experience.
