We were thrilled to be back at Further East 2025, set against the stunning backdrop of Alila Seminyak, Bali. From 3 - 6 November, the world’s travel visionaries gathered to connect, inspire, and celebrate creativity, and AllSet Event Hire was right there to set the scene.

Having worked with Further East before, we knew exactly what this event stood for: connection, culture, and bold ideas. So, our team came in ready to elevate every corner. From indoor sessions to beachside mingles, with designs that felt unmistakably Asia, but with a fresh, modern twist.

Naturally Modern, Distinctly Asian

At AllSet, we love that sweet spot where nature meets design. For Further East, we brought it to life through:

• Sculptural bamboo & rattan installations with sleek, contemporary forms.

• Tropical greenery that blurred the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor charm.

• Warm lighting and delicate details that transformed spaces from day to night, effortlessly.

Every piece told a story, one that whispered Asian vibes, but with global sophistication.

Indoor Meets Outdoor Magic

We are also working with Alila Seminyak’s flow between inside and out; we designed smooth transitions that felt intuitive and immersive. Elegant indoor setups melted into cozy open-air lounges, connected by soft lights, textures, and a shared rhythm of calm energy.

Further East 2025 reminded us why we do what we do, to create spaces that feel right. Not just decorated, but designed to inspire conversation, creativity, and connection.
