In November 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to support STMicroelectronics Annual Distribution Sales Convention, a five-day conference hosted at Grand Hyatt Bali. With 400 participants, this event brought together STMicroelectronics’ distribution network to foster teamwork, explore new sales strategies, and witness exciting product launches.

As the event production partner, we delivered Seamless AV production for a high-tech conference experience, stage setup & logistics for an impactful visual presence, talent management to ensure smooth transitions across multiple session.

A key challenge was integrating Balinese culture into this highly corporate, technology-driven conference. We achieved this through Traditional Leaf Weaving Team-Building Activity – Participants collaborated to create a large-scale woven artwork, symbolizing teamwork and unity.  We arranged authentic Balinese Kebaya for women and Safari suits for men for the Gala Dinner, immersing guests in the local heritage. Lastly, each guest received a custom made pottery dessert plate crafted by local Balinese artisans.
