There’s something magical about Bali in July, and this year’s celebration at Villa Sabana made that magic shine even brighter. On 4 July 2025, we had the pleasure of styling and organizing a stunning birthday party that flowed effortlessly from breezy outdoor summer fun to a warm, intimate indoor gathering.

From the very beginning, our goal was to create two different worlds that still felt like one story. Outdoors, guests were greeted by a fresh summer atmosphere surrounded by greenery, floating colorful LED balls across the pool, and a hanging bamboo lighting installation that brought a soft glow as the afternoon eased into evening.

Inside, things shifted into a cozy and elegant mood. Our reflective Gold Bar became a natural centerpiece where guests gathered, chatted, and sipped as the party moved into its nighttime rhythm. Paired with our signature W Bar, the whole space felt vibrant yet refined, playful yet polished.

Every element of this event was designed to blend seamlessly from outside to in. Bright, lively energy under the open sky. Warm, intimate charm behind the villa’s wooden doors. One celebration, two beautifully crafted experiences.

This project truly highlights what AllSet Event Hire does best: transforming spaces with character, balance, and a touch of Bali magic.
